Job Description:

Fyba Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Transport Management Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on a key role in managing our fleet of vehicles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our fleet, including vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement. They will also be responsible for managing our fleet insurance policy, arranging servicing and maintenance, and coordinating with our leasing company.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. If you have experience in fleet management and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly serviced and maintained.
  • Coordinate with our leasing company to arrange repairs and replacements as needed.
  • Manage our fleet insurance policy, ensuring it meets our needs and budget.
  • Arrange and coordinate vehicle inspections, safety checks, and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fleet management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that this is a salaried position with an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
