Debt Management Specialist

As a Debt Management Specialist with Michael Page (UK), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing customer ledgers, ensuring timely debt collection, processing and reconciling payments, investigating and resolving customer queries, reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status, and resolving client discrepancies and short payments. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills will enable you to contribute to team efforts and financial projects as needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have strong numerical skills and attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, knowledge of credit control procedures, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
