Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team at ISP.

About the Role:

  1. Provide emotional support and guidance to foster children, helping them to manage challenging situations.
  2. Collaborate with foster parents, social workers, and other professionals to develop personalized support plans.
  3. Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs aimed at improving outcomes for foster children.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a therapeutic model of childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work effectively with vulnerable children and adults, building trust and rapport.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Benefits:

  • Salary range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
