We are seeking a highly skilled Care and Support Specialist to join our Integrated Services Programme (ISP) team. As a key member of the ISP team, you will provide critical support and guidance to foster carers, ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in their care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular outreach and support services to foster carers, enabling them to deliver high-quality care to children.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and home visits to identify and meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans tailored to the specific needs of children in foster care.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting vulnerable children and families.

About Our Work:

Our Integrated Services Programme is committed to delivering exceptional support services that prioritize the needs and well-being of children and families.

Compensation Package:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £22,000 to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a car allowance, generous annual leave package, company pension, life assurance, and employee discount scheme.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with vulnerable children and families in a support role.
  • Strong assessment and planning skills, with the ability to develop effective support plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as social work or childcare.
