Care Worker Position for Bluebird Care Sussex Weald

About the Role: The successful candidate will work independently, visiting customers at their homes, providing personalized care and support as needed. You will also be responsible for managing your time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. A strong sense of self-motivation and discipline is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care to customers, respecting their dignity and autonomy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Travel between appointments using a company-provided vehicle, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as record-keeping and reporting, in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Care Assistant qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- Valid driving license and ability to drive safely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
