As an Adoption Support Specialist, you will work closely with social workers, foster carers, and other professionals to identify and address the needs of vulnerable children and young people.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the complexities surrounding adoption and fostering, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our organisation offers a competitive salary of £24,750 - £29,500 per year, based on experience, along with a range of benefits, including a car allowance, 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 35 days with length of service), and a company pension scheme.
