We are looking for a skilled Adoption Panel Liaison Officer to join our Polaris Community team in West Sussex. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with foster families and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for looked-after children.

You will have a good understanding of fostering regulations and standards, including the Children's Act and Fostering Service National Minimum Standards. Previous experience of working in a therapeutic model of child care would be an asset, as well as intermediate IT skills to include Microsoft Office.

Duties will include maintaining accurate records, attending meetings and discussions groups, and providing support to foster parents and young people. The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
