About the Role
We are seeking experienced, caring, and committed individuals who are passionate about enhancing their skills within the mental health sector. As a Mental Health Transport Assistant, you will be part of a close-knit team delivering exceptional quality care to patients while transporting them safely and respectfully.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic, highly motivated, and thrive working in a team environment. You will need excellent communication skills, including IT ability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering genuine care.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Transport patients safely and respectfully between healthcare settings
- Provide high-quality care and support to patients during transportation
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Your Requirements
- Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with minimum 12 months driving experience
- Maintain Enhanced DBS certificate
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver genuine care
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
