Mental Health Transport Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Mental Health Transport Specialist to join our team at Secure Care UK. As a vital member of our crew, you will play a key role in providing safe and respectful transportation for patients.
About the Role:
- Work on a rolling shift pattern, including days and nights, to ensure seamless patient transport services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with patients and colleagues.
- Collaborate with our dedicated training team to receive comprehensive training in patient care, de-escalation techniques, and physical interventions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health transport.
Requirements:
- A valid full UK manual driving license with at least 12 months' driving experience.
- Maintain an enhanced DBS certificate.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate resilience.
- Effective teamwork and attention to detail.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £12.37 per hour, paid at a blended rate for day, night, and weekend shifts. You will also be eligible for shift pay enhancements and overtime opportunities.
