To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. At least 3 years of post-registration experience and experience in a supervisory role are also essential. You should have the ability to assess and teach junior staff, as well as a proven track record of co-ordinating care, prioritising tasks, and managing health & safety issues.
In return for your expertise and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,324 per annum, based on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a £5,000 Welcome Bonus, 25 days' annual leave increasing to 30 days with length of service, and a Group Personal Pension Plan (GPPP).
