About ISP

ISP is a pioneering foster care agency established in 1987 by a group of dedicated foster parents. With over 30 years of experience, we provide a unique Integrated Service Programme (ISP) that surrounds children with a range of support services.

Our approach focuses on the child's needs, ensuring they receive specialist support from social workers, fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists. This collaborative approach enables foster parents to provide the best possible care and support for the children in their care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to foster parents, ensuring a high level of supervision and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Work in partnership with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to ensure full participation in assessment, planning, review, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Hold a Social Care England recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in children and families social work, preferably in a therapeutic model of child care.
  • Ability to provide high-quality report writing and work to strict deadlines.
  • Full driving licence with unrestricted access to your own car.
