Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our foster care services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the well-being and development of foster children, collaborating with social workers and foster parents, and ensuring the quality of care and support provided. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the well-being and development of foster children
* Build and maintain relationships with social workers, foster parents, and other professionals
* Provide guidance and training to foster parents to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support provided to foster children
