The Integrated Services Programme (ISP) is a reputable organisation dedicated to providing exceptional support services for children, young people, and their families. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring professional to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will play a vital role in providing direct support to foster parents, regular supervision, and working in partnership with children, young people, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for those in our care.
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker with a recognised qualification in Social Work from Social Care England. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in children and families social work and a proven track record of working within a therapeutic model of child care. A comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and excellent report writing skills are essential for this role.
The successful candidate will also possess a full driving licence with unrestricted access to their own car, as travel may be required. In return, ISP offers a competitive salary up to £36,000, a car allowance, and a range of benefits to attract and retain top talent in the field.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Recognised qualification in Social Work from Social Care England
* Previous experience in children and families social work
