Senior Family Support Specialist

Integrated Services Programme (ISP) is seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join their team. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will provide direct support to foster parents, regular supervision, and work in partnership with children, young people, and other professionals. This role requires strong communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, and the ability to write clear, concise reports.
Salary Details
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary up to £36,000, as well as a car allowance and range of benefits. ISP offers a supportive working environment and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements
- Social Care England recognised qualification in Social Work
- Previous experience in children and families social work
- Experience in a therapeutic model of child care

- Full driving licence with unrestricted access to their own car
