About Us
ISP Careers has a rich history, dating back to 1987 when it was founded by a group of passionate foster parents. Our unique approach has made us the UK's first independent foster care agency, giving us over 30 years of experience in providing specialist support to looked-after children.
We take a 'therapeutic approach' to fostering, surrounding children with an integrated range of professionals, including social workers, fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists. This team works closely with foster parents and the children they care for, helping them navigate challenging situations.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of up to £36,000 per year
- A car allowance of £3,000 annually
- 30 days' annual leave (increasing to 35 days with length of service) + bank holidays
- Company pension and life assurance
- An employee discount scheme and medical cash plan
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Fostering Social Worker to join our team. As a key member of our ISP Careers family, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our foster families and the children in their care.
