Fostering Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our fostering services.
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
About ISPISP is a leading provider of specialist support for looked-after children and families. Our team works closely with foster parents, social workers, and other professionals to deliver high-quality care and services.
The RoleThis role requires a collaborative approach to working with foster parents, promoting meaningful supervision and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children's social work and be familiar with relevant legislation and publications.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide regular supervision to allocated foster parents, enabling them to provide high-quality care.
- Work in partnership with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to ensure full participation in assessment, planning, review, and decision-making.
- Hold a Social Care England recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
- Have previous experience in children and families social work.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and publications.
