Childcare Support Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Fostering Advisor to join our team at ISP. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to foster parents and children in need.
**About the Role**
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of fostering regulations and standards, as well as experience working in a therapeutic model of childcare. They will be able to build strong relationships with professionals from various disciplines and provide effective support to foster parents and young people.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To provide regular phone contact with foster parents to discuss their progress and share ideas and strategies.
- To make home visits agreed with the ISP Social Worker and Centre Manager.
- To provide foster parents with information and advice on support and services available through ISP and the Fostering Network.
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- A deep understanding of fostering regulations and standards.
- Experience working in a therapeutic model of childcare.
- Ability to build strong relationships with professionals from various disciplines.
**Benefits**
We offer a competitive salary of £24,500 - £29,000 (dependent on experience), as well as a range of benefits including a £3,000 car allowance, 30 days' annual leave, company pension, life assurance, and employee discount scheme.
