Financial Collector Position:

Michael Page (UK) is seeking a Financial Collector to join our team. As a Financial Collector, you will be responsible for collecting debts from customers, managing customer ledgers, and investigating and resolving customer queries. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional results. You will also contribute to team efforts and financial projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Collecting debts from customers
  2. Managing customer ledgers
  3. Investigating and resolving customer queries
  4. Reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status
  5. Resolving client discrepancies and short payments
  6. Contribute to team efforts and financial projects as needed

We offer an hourly salary range of approximately £12-£14 per hour, a collaborative and supportive team environment, and a temporary role with a potential for extension.
