Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to lead our Adult Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs service in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. As a Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and building positive relationships with stakeholders, implementing our vision and values to deliver exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Support staff to provide quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with Area Managers, Senior Leadership Team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.

Key Requirements:

  • QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy or Service Manager.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • A flexible approach to work and the needs of the service.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 per annum.
  • Full-time contract with 40 hours per week.
