We are seeking a skilled Lead Adult Education Specialist to join our team at Trafford College.

About the Role:

As a Lead Adult Education Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality adult education programs that cater to the diverse needs of our community.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that promote adult learning, foster community engagement, and drive economic growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver adult education programs in mathematics and English
  • Collaborate with community partners to identify emerging needs and trends
  • Conduct research to inform program development and implementation
  • Monitor program outcomes and evaluate effectiveness
  • Provide guidance and support to instructors and staff
  • Represent the college at community events and meetings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Education or related field
  • 5+ years experience in adult education or related field
  • Proven track record of program development and implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
