Job Title:

Learning Disability Care Specialist

About the Role:

Vetro Social Care is seeking experienced professionals to provide therapeutic care and support to individuals with autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Observe, monitor, and record individual conditions
  • Treat each person with dignity, compassion, and honesty
  • Help individuals progress through a care pathway to live independently

Requirements:

  • Desire to create positive outcomes for young people with learning disabilities
  • Empathetic, caring, and resilient nature
  • At least 6 months experience in social care settings
  • Current Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
  • The right to work in the UK

Salary Information:

£12.81 per hour (including holiday pay)
