We are recruiting a Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Stratford Upon Avon. As a Support Worker, you will provide the highest possible standard of care and support for learning disabled adults.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily living support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to maintain their independence.
  • Support individuals to develop their skills and confidence, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless support.
  • Ensure accurate records and reports are maintained.
Requirements:
  • GCSE qualifications or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
