Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Care Specialist to join our team at The Care Bureau. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them to maintain their dignity and quality of life.
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
