Job Summary:

Trafford College is seeking an experienced Adult Learning Manager to lead the development and delivery of high-quality education and training programs for adults in partnership with local communities and organizations.

About the Role:

This role will involve working closely with local authorities, agencies, and community groups to identify and address skills gaps and other learning needs.

The successful candidate will have experience of teaching adults, delivering maths and English programs, and working in post-16 educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver education and training programs for adults in partnership with local communities and organizations
  • Work closely with local authorities, agencies, and community groups to identify and address skills gaps and other learning needs
  • Deliver maths and English programs to adults, including Functional Skills and other qualifications
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on program delivery, student progress, and outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the college's community development strategy

Salary: £32,900 - £41,600 per annum, depending on experience.
