Job Opportunity: Adult's Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to join our team at Staff Tree Recruitment Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care services and has a proven track record of leadership and management.

About the Role:

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of care services, including staff recruitment, training, and supervision.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that meet individual client needs and ensure exceptional standards of care.
  • Monitor care services to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ENSURE SATISFACTION AND TRUST IN OUR SERVICES.
  • Drive business growth through effective networking initiatives and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team to ensure seamless care provision.

Requirements:

  1. A Level 5 NVQ in health and social care or a degree in a relevant field (or working towards).
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within the homecare sector, with a track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS AND BEST PRACTICES IN DOMICILIARY CARE.
  6. A passion for delivering person-centred care and improving the lives of others.
