Job Summary

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading general insurance and financial services company. You will contribute to the development and management of our Agency Learning strategy, ensuring we're meeting the needs of the business and exceeding our training standards.

Key Requirements
  • A Certificate in Learning and Development (CIPD) or its equivalent.
  • Coaching and/or mentoring skills - ideally accredited through formal qualification.

You will lead and inspire a team of Regional Learning Consultants to deliver high-quality training that meets customer demands and business needs efficiently.
