**Job Title:** Care Professional - Stratford-upon-Avon
**Location:** Stratford-upon-Avon
**Estimated Salary:** £22,000 - £28,000 per annum
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers with their daily needs and promoting their independence.
You will work across multiple properties in the area, providing person-centred care and support to our customers. This role requires flexibility, as you will be working various shifts, including earlies, lates, and sleep-ins. You must be able to support all working shifts and be available for on-call duties.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide high-quality care and support to our customers, promoting their independence and well-being
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support
• Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must:
• Hold a valid driving license and be willing to use your vehicle for work purposes
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer-centered care
• Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varying shifts
