About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Learning Disability Support Worker, working closely with individuals with learning disabilities to empower them to live fulfilling lives.

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support, assisting with daily tasks, and developing personalized plans to help individuals achieve their goals.

A competitive salary of £11.74 per hour reflects the importance of this role, which also includes opportunities for overtime pay and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Daily Tasks: Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, and cooking, while promoting independence and confidence.
  • Develop Personalized Plans: Develop and implement personalized plans to support individuals in achieving their aspirations, whether that's pursuing new hobbies or developing life skills.
