We are currently seeking a skilled Care Team Leader to join our team, leading and supervising a shift to ensure seamless care delivery. In this role, you will work closely with care assistants, families, and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and motivating your team to deliver outstanding care and services
  • Case management of residents, including liaison with family members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
  • Accurate and safe administration and recording of medications
  • Risk assessment and mitigation to prevent harm and promote resident safety
  • Supporting care assistants with daily resident activities and needs
  • Collaboration with the leadership team to drive service innovation and improvement

This rewarding role offers a salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, along with benefits such as Bank Holiday Pay Enhancements, Career Development Opportunities, and access to online discounts and purchase holiday scheme. To excel in this position, you should possess a genuine desire to help others, be organized, IT savvy, and have strong leadership skills. An NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, experience in administering medications, and a solid understanding of care planning processes are highly advantageous.
