We are recruiting for a Community Care Team Leader to join our Trafford office team. The successful candidate will earn an estimated £50 per hour, plus holiday pay and pension.

As a Community Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of care workers.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of care workers.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports.
About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our organisation, requiring strong communication and organisational skills. You will work closely with our Care Managers, Care Assessors & Care Coordinators to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Responsibilities

As a Community Care Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting and supervising care workers.
  • Conducting regular training sessions to maintain care skills.
  • Coordinating care services with other teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 6 months care experience.
  • At least a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
  • Professional representation of Alcedo Care.
  • Experience with different computer programmes (training is supplied).
  • Hardworking and flexible nature.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
