Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities? Vetro Recruitment is recruiting for a challenging and rewarding Senior Support Worker role at our Residential Service for Adults with Complex Needs in Bristol.
About the RoleThis permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary of £26,500 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals and live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Manager in managing the team and service.
- Plan rotas and ensure compliance within the service.
- Encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.
- FOLLOW CARE PLANS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL AND TAKE SERVICE USERS OUT INTO THE COMMUNITY.
- NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care and willingness to work towards Level 3.
- Senior Support Worker experience.
- Must be resilient and have a caring nature.
- Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role.
