Care and Support Lead

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Adult Care Worker to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant in Alveston Leys Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will drive a team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality personal care to residents, inspire and develop team members, and contribute to running a unit.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Care Assistants to provide exceptional care and support to residents.
- Collaborate with the Nurse to aid with clinical duties and promote resident well-being.
- Develop relationships with residents, families, and external teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in training and supervision of new staff members to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Support residents with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
Requirements:
- NVQ3 in care or equivalent qualification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work alternate weekends.
