Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant with The Human Support Group Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
- Support clients with medication management and administration.
- Help clients with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework.
- Maintain accurate records of client care activities and progress.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to care. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move equipment as required.
What We Offer
As a Care Assistant with The Human Support Group Limited, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus 35p mileage, and a range of benefits including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, and access to our pension scheme. Location

Working Hours
We offer a range of shifts available, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, to ensure that our clients receive the support they need at times that suit them best. As a Care Assistant, you will be required to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances as needed.
