Adult Care Support Specialist

We are seeking an Adult Care Support Specialist to join our team at Alveston Leys Care Home. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centered care to our residents and supporting a team of Care Assistants.
As an Adult Care Support Specialist, you will have completed or be working towards an NVQ3 in care and have a strong understanding of the needs of older adults. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of Care Assistants. You will also have a strong understanding of clinical duties, including supporting the Nurse with medication management, care planning, and accurate record keeping.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000-£27,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including free meal on every shift, 28 days holiday, and access to our global wellbeing programme, Viva.
