Senior Care and Support Specialist Positions

Vetro Recruitment is recruiting several CARING and PASSIONATE Senior support Workers to join a Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs in Bristol. We are looking for candidates with a caring nature and the ability to have fun and engage with the people they support.
About the Role- Salary: £26,500 - £29,000 per year
- Hours: Full-time 40 hours a week
- Contract: Permanent
- Shifts: Monday to Friday with one weekend day shift every 4 weeks
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Manager and having joint responsibility for managing the team and the service. They will also be involved in planning rotas, management of staff teams, and ensuring compliance within the service.
A range of bespoke training will be provided to equip staff with the skills needed to work with people with various complex needs. This includes professional and recognised Health and Social Care development opportunities, enhancements for some Bank Holidays, and enhanced Maternity leave after the qualifying period.
