About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Robert Walters Direct Sourcing EMEA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their pension management needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone and email, to resolve their pension-related inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Utilize Mercer software and processes to deliver efficient work practices and exceed customer expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to contribute to a culture of excellence and a 'great place to work.'
  • Maintain a high level of trust by adhering to company procedures and meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Skilled in listening and responding to customer needs, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to defuse and respond to customer complaints, ensuring follow-up actions are completed and recorded.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous or current experience working in a call centre environment.
  • Understanding of how UK Pension Schemes work.
