About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Robert Walters Direct Sourcing EMEA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone and email, to resolve their pension-related queries and concerns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Utilize Mercer software and processes to efficiently manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a 'great place to work' environment.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, as defined in your personal performance management plan.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to listen and respond to customer needs verbally and through written communication.
  • Experience working in a call centre environment, preferably in a pension scheme or financial services context.
  • Understanding of UK pension schemes and their operations.
