Job Overview

Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with new and existing customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide proactive and personalized support to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Sales and Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that meet their needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product lines and services, using this knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Branch Operations: Contribute to the smooth operation of our branch, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, share best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement.
