**Job Description:**

Lancashire County Council is seeking a highly skilled Family Support Worker to join our team.

The successful candidate will work in Lancaster, Morecambe, Heysham, Carnforth, and surrounding areas, carrying a caseload of children, young people, and their families with unmet needs.

You will be responsible for undertaking assessments of the needs of families in line with Lancashire Early Help Assessment and developing and delivering SMART action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the needs of children, young people, and their families
  • Develop and deliver SMART action plans
  • Use agreed tools to measure progress

**Salary Information:**

The salary for this role is £27,269 - £31,067 per annum.
