Support Worker for Vulnerable Children

Polaris Community's Residential Youth Support Specialist will be responsible for contributing to the development of high-quality care plans and adhering to Ofsted standards and policies. This role requires a strong understanding of child development and the ability to create a supportive environment that promotes positive outcomes for young people.
The successful candidate will be expected to hold a full UK driving license and obtain a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People or Level 4 Children, Young People and Families practitioner Apprenticeship within 2 years if required.
Requirements- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build constructive relationships with children
- Experience in childcare or a related field
- Knowledge of child development and child protection policies
- Able to work as part of a team and support the company's ethos
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, regular supervisions, company pension, access to wellbeing programmes, comprehensive training programme, and promotion opportunities.
