We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Support Worker to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and their families.
You will be responsible for delivering person-centred support, assisting with daily living activities, and providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
Our goal is to empower residents to live independently while maintaining their dignity and well-being.
Job Summary:- Deliver person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
Estimated Salary: £22,500 per annum
Requirements:- Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic towards vulnerable individuals
