Care Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic support worker to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with disabilities to live their lives to the fullest.
The ideal candidate will have a person-centred approach, valuing others and promoting dignity and respect. You will be responsible for providing daily support, including personal care, managing finances, administering medication, and ensuring the health and well-being of service users.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. Our service supports individuals in their own homes 24/7, and we are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and passionate about delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to adults with disabilities, including personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Manage finances, administer medication, and ensure the health and well-being of service users
- Support individuals to access activities and experiences in their local community
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver person-centred care
Benefits:

Requirements:
