Join our team of Support Workers at Bluebird Care and make a real difference in the lives of our customers. As a Support Worker - Care Sector, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a caring and empathetic individual to provide personal care and support to our customers with varying needs. You will work closely with our customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored care plans that meet their needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing personal care and support to customers with varying needs
  • Prompting and administering medication as required
  • Preparing meals and snacks for customers
  • Assisting with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry
  • Accompanying customers on outings and activities

**Requirements:**

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work purposes
  • Authorisation to work in the UK
  • Alternate weekend availability as standard (or 1 day of each weekend) as minimum
