Support Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes. This will include assisting with daily living tasks, supporting clients with their medication, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients with their medication and administering medication as required
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour / £12.50 weekend, plus 30p mileage. You will also receive paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card.

Requirements:
  • No previous experience required
  • Compassionate and caring attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Location:

The role will be based in Bulk and surrounding areas.
