Education Support Worker

As an Education Support Worker with Prospero Teaching, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex learning difficulties, autism, speech & language difficulties and social, emotional & mental health difficulties. You will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to provide one-to-one and group support to students aged 5-16 years old.
The estimated salary for this position is around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
You will need to have:
- Experience working with students with complex needs
- Qualifications in special educational needs or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
