About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education in Lancaster. As a SEN Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting children with special needs in a primary school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children with physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop personalized learning plans
- Providing emotional and physical support to students with challenging behaviors
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with special needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
