About the Role

This exciting opportunity is available for a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide support to children with special educational needs (SEN) in a dynamic and supportive environment. As part of our SEN Support team, you will contribute to delivering high-quality education and care to our students, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

Working closely with our experienced teachers and other support staff, you will create personalized plans to address the unique needs of each student, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development. Your expertise and dedication will help shape the learning experiences of these young individuals, empowering them to grow into confident and capable learners.

Requirements
  • A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology, child development)
  • Previous experience working with children with SEN, either in a paid or voluntary capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Contract Type: Temporary (with potential permanent opportunities)

Minimum Daily Rate: £80

Hours: 0830 - 1530 (Term time only)

Estimated Annual Salary: Approximately £26,560 based on 195 days worked per year at £80 per day
