About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Professional to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students aged 5-16 years old, providing tailored support and assistance in a fast-paced educational environment.

Job Description:

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH and SEN (special education needs)
  • Create a safe and engaging learning environment that fosters academic success and well-being
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, supporting students' academic progress

Requirements:

  • Teaching assistant qualification desired but not essential
  • Experience of supporting pupils with SEN on a voluntary or paid basis OR experience working with children in a youth setting

Benefits:

  • Competitive daily rate of £80
  • Term-time only hours: 0830 - 1530
