About the Role

We are seeking a Special Needs Support Worker to join our team at Red 5 People. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to an individual with special needs.

The ideal candidate will have a full driving license as a motability car (automatic) is provided for transportation. They will also need to be able to encourage independence and allow the client to do as much of her own care and daily activities as possible.

The estimated salary for this role is £21,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes an overnight allowance and 6 weeks annual leave pro-rata.
