Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Care Support Specialists who are passionate about supporting individuals in their daily lives. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults with Autism, Learning and/or Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, and Behavioural difficulties. You will work in residential, respite, community, and supported living settings, and your role will involve supporting individuals with daily tasks, managing their medication, and assisting them with personal care. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and contribute to individual support plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, patience, and kindness. You should also have experience of individual support planning and a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
